The offenses listed below do not require
a court appearance if you have not had two prior moving
violations within the last twelve (12) months. You may pay
the stated amount in person at the Clerk of Court’s
office, or you may send a MONEY
ORDER or PERSONAL CHECK made payable
to the Miamisburg Municipal Court, along
with your ticket signed on the back and proof of insurance
if not shown to the officer. If you wish a receipt, or the
officer kept your license, please enclose a self-addressed,
stamped envelope.
If a personal appearance is required, bring
proof of liability insurance for the date of your traffic
violation.
FAILURE
TO APPEAR OR PAY THE FINE WILL SUBJECT YOU TO ARREST AND/OR
CANCELLATION OF YOUR OPERATOR’S LICENSE.
