The Miamisburg Municiple Court is located in southwestern Montgomery County, the Court serves about 80,000 people. Miamisburg Municiple Court has a vast jurisdiction that includes the cities of Miamisburg, Germantown, and West Carrollton, along with Miami and German Township. The judge of The Miamisburg Municipal Court is an elected official; the court is a one-judge operation. The magistrate, clerk of court, chief bailiff, and other court staff are appointed by the judge and serve at his will. All staff are available to serve our multiple communities.

Prior to Judge Rettich taking office he owned and operated his own law firm located in Germantown, Ohio. Mr. Rettich wants to assure you that Miamisburg Municipal Court has been blessed with fair-minded judges in the past, who have listened, who have considered all the applicable facts of each case, and only then they made a judgment and did so with the individual and the community in mind.
